Hard-boiled, but only 9-1/2 minutes, so it's still just a bit creamy in the middle.

So, semi-hard I guess.

Buddy of mine in MD has a small farm. He gave me some duck eggs. Not bad.

Poached is king, but otherwise over medium.
In the context of Benedict, hell yes. But you could probably pour Hollandaise over a fried egg with Canadian bacon on an English muffin and it would be just as good.
Hmm.

eggs is my probably one of my favorite foods. I pretty much like them anyway that you want to serve them. It really depends on what I'm eating with then.

If it is a hash, or on a burger. I want them sunny side up. If it is with toast and a meat side, I usually eat them over easy. Sometimes I want a breakfast burrito. Sometimes I want a hard fried egg sammy..........

True, and I've never made a good poached egg in my life. Over-medium on top of some corned beef hash, with home fries and toast, and a glass of grapefruit juice. The bomb.

This! I love them any way I can get them.

Oh, so you like it semi-hard, not fully hard?

(Just trying to get into the out of context thread for the 40th consecutive week).
Yeah, I teed mine up for the OOC thread. :cool

Soft-boiled is my go to (eggs into cold water, bring to boil, leave on boil for 5 minutes, into ice water).

But if I'm getting fried, it's over easy for me.

Oh, and Onsen Eggs... hot damn, they're fantastic, especially with a nice rice bowl. Yum.

Looks a lot like bologna, which is excellent with eggs, by the way! Heck, White Castle even has it on their menu.

Interesting! Growing up, this was called "Canadian Bacon"

It's great.
Its similar but definitely not the same; same description, same shape most of the time, but this is a specific brand, John Taylor's Pork Roll.

It seems crazy but they taste and are spiced very differently. I'm being as polite as possible.
