Yeah, but the play is required to go counter-clockwise around the table.

OH, I just thought of a new circus game. It's Hold'em, but the play goes left instead of right, and on the final card the dealer rolls 2 8-sided dice and if the numbers comes up "88", the first community card gets burned!

I had a topper almost exactly like this that I took to the field with me when I was in the Army. I just had to play poker in all conditions.
