Seems like that dark ring varies between chips. I see it more on the $1 up top and much less on the bottom. Not sure if that was part of the design, but interesting to see that. I also see that the 5 cent looks to have a drop shadow that isn't matching the rest of the chips. The $10 has a very pronounced darker ring compared to the others so I see exactly what @JFG is talking about.

Yeah, for the $10, and a weird drop shadow on the 5¢
I see the drop shadow on the text in this pic:

I'd think each chip of a denom would be identical, and on each side too. Do the dye-sublimation print different colors in different passes? If so, maybe on a certain pass the chip got offset slightly and printed the shadow.

I didn't buy any 5¢ or $10 chips but hopefully the issues aren't across the entire print run.

I hope that's the case. I'd be happy with a few being like that. I didn't buy any 5c, but did get 50 of the $10s so I'm not too worried.

I think I will treat them as error chip if only a few each per denomination is being found, but if only 1 specific denomination have all the error chip.

That will be a different story. It might be tilting for some

That double image on the inlay is an error, but in the 1450 chips I got in the first purchase of these, there were only 2 that looked like that:

With any large order, there are bound to be a small number of errors…that’s why it’s always recommended to get some extras.
Might have been fed through the printer more than once? But if so it's weird that one printing seems so much lighter.

The darker ring on the $10 does seem like the maybe the opacity of that element from proof got messed up, since that's more consistent?

I got a whole rack of 5¢ as a sample to see if I would like them. I do not own any card mold sets because of the mold and liked the idea of the name printed on the side.

I hope they do not come out all F'd up with the double image like that

My players wouldn't notice a difference after midnight with all the bourbon they would have consumed. I'd like to do an experiment with that chip.

I have a few sample sets that have all the Bellagio, Mirage and PNY Cash for $40 shipped if anyone wants one. Just shoot me a PM. These No mold chips are awesome and the PNY are even better in person!!!
They won't ship until I am through with the big orders which will likely be Saturday.

I looked at the top and bottom chip of each stack left and none of them have this double print, so I think it is pretty rare

Look great mate. How do the No Molds stack? Any spinners? :)
So far they stack well with some given spinners of course. Tina chips will always have a few spinners. Too early to tell as more time is needed, but so far it's good. The texture does help, but probably need a few more games to get a better idea of the friction durability over time. If I had to guess now, I think they will hold enough stacking friction to my liking.

They definitely don't stack like Paulsons of course, but the table we play with is sturdy enough to have them stacking well and the table won't move if someone bumps it. If you have a light table and someone bumps it, I would say these won't knock over easily.

Well, over time I will get a better idea if I should keep my Paulsons lol. I don't see myself needing more than one set.

One thing I can say for sure is they are not as slick as Dunes "nexgen" or whatever those technically are.

Brillo, thanks mate, appreciate the advice. Enjoy them :)

Just received my chips in the mail! @justincarothers thanks for the quick turnaround! Everything was EXTREMELY well packed!

Cant wait to break these new chips in at my next cash game!

If anyone is on the fence on getting the chips he offers…don’t hesitate! Well worth it!
