Really so happy with these Royals, started with a 400 chip set and I’m now gonna look to get more so I can host bigger tournaments/rebuys. Took down the last 9 handed tournament this month.

Those chips are so sexy. My long-term plan is to get a sample set to touch 'em, and then pick some up for a tournament set, but I want to get them relabeled as I love the T100 format but not some of the T100 chips. There are so many sexy colors, it'd be nice to kind of build your own set. I wish Apache offered semi-customs (pick chips, change denom.s).

Apache sells Royal blanks for you to do this.

I'll have to ask if they'd be willing to apply the labels for me differently, and what the cost would be. Buying blanks is tempting to go full nutty and design my own logo etc., put the money is flowing at that point. :D

I’m imagining a thought bubble for some weird reason that says “3.6 Roentgens…not great, not terrible”. Never seen someoje so upset to win a tourney.

Stock blanks with custom labels will still run you a lot less than fully custom chips from cpc or brpro.

Apache sells only the blanks, you can get the customized lables from @BR Pro Poker no problem and won't know the difference.
They have the lables on file already you only have to tell them what denoms you want.

They definitely won’t apply different labels for you. You’ll need to do that yourself. Applying labels isn’t as difficult as it might seem.

“Full nutty”? Been there. Done that.

The royals are the 43mm chip right? I've always wondered if it would get annoying after a while to have "oversized" chips. Any players ever complain or comment on it?

Yes they are. Good question, I'd also be interested hear any opinions on extended use of them.

My players have never commented that they dislike the 43mm chips compared to 39mm chips. They care more about the look of the chips, which is great.

I have several 39 & 43mm sets, Royals included. I rotate which set we use every week in the league tournament.
We play cash after the tourney and I only have 39mm cash chips.

Everyone loves the 43mm and when they move to the cash table and were just playing with 43mm they always comment about how tiny these 39mm's feel. No one has ever commented about the 43mm's being uncomfortable.

If I could snap my fingers I would make all my sets 43mm.

My favorite use of a 43mm chip (or a plaque) is when it comes into play as a color up in a tournament. Makes the big denoms feel even more special.

I took two pictures, one where I was cheesing, and one where I tried to look tough ha.
