Won’t spoil it completely but my guess is the two barrels added up shouldn’t give you an odd number of chips

Yep. Thickness was set incorrectly for all the “X” chips. Meaning 19 chips is a perfect fit to a barrel. They are heavy though lol. So now I have 40x thick “X” chips. David took care of everything which was nice.

How many times did you count and then recount and compare those barrels - just to make sure you weren't going nuts - before reaching out to David?

It was bad man. I counted so many times and it wasn’t until I went to put them in a plastic tube that holds 20 chips and it wouldn’t fit. I said no way. The real thing that threw me off was that 19 chips is exactly the same height as a 20. I thought I was going nuts.
