I know that you've already noticed that it's too late, but I am curious. What's your definition of a 100% full custom? Does that mean that only chips that are CPC with custom inlays qualify?

What if you murdered a whole bunch of Paulson's, designs your own inlay, and did Gear label replacements?

My definition - You designed the inlays, chip colors, spots and had them made by anyone. Relabels aren’t 100% custom imo. I like the artistic side of the hobby. I like relabels too and made a set for myself. I just prefer that the calendar gets filled with the custom creations that everyone here can make regardless of $. It’s great to see huge TRK sets that aren’t attainable by 95% of the population now but I want to see Billy Bobs customs on my wall in place of high dollar casino chips. That’s all.

So, you wouldn't consider my joker poker set fully custom? Interesting... So much thought and work went in it that I feel it would deserve nomination on the calendar. It was like a 6-month process, but I murdered BJ roulettes to do it.

I haven’t looked at it Yet. Don’t get me wrong. All those sets nominated are great. In my evolution of chipping. I’ve gravitated to full customs and sold almost everything else off. It’s a personal preference and I know I’m in the minority. Cheers.

So it's not just me that is slightly irked when people call their relabel sets "customs?"

Those never have and never will be customs. Semi customs, yes.

I used to think the same. Don’t get me wrong. Semi customs are AMAZING and can take a ton of effort that shows thru in some great sets. Designing customs from the ground up though is something entirely different imo.

I'm just going to say - if anyone wants to take over the calendar next year - and make up your own criteria for it - have at it. Send me a message and it's your baby.

Otherwise I will remind you all that opinions are like assholes, we all have one and they all stink.

My opinion is the calendar should have pictures of poker chips and @Sprouty's kid - and that is what I will put in it.
