100% of proceeds above the starting bid (my cost) will be donated to the winners choice of one of the following three registered charities:
- American National Red Cross
- Feeding America
- Direct Relief
This auction is for 501 chips - see breakdown below:
_99 - $0.25
302 - $1.00 200 in excellent+ condition / 102 in very good condition (note 107 of these are pictured)
100 - $5.00
I haven't come across any of these chips before or found any when searching for more. With only one rack with $1s showing use however, I think it's possibly/likely there were more out there at one point. The chips are leaded and feel great in the hand/shuffling.
Set is a bit thin but I think it could do well as a $0.25/$0.25 short set. Not the fate I'm hoping for but the two racks of exc+ $1s would make for a unique relabeled $1 and the $5s could be used as a cali $0.25 or maybe $10. $0.25s, just make for a good old leaded hotstamped frac.
I'll post pictures of the chips with the respective paulson sample color chips later today along with their weights.
