Today is my 1 year PCF anniversary, and I’ll be kicking off a series of extremely discounted sales. (50% below market or better.)

This particular thread is to give away 10 “Golden Tickets” to the sales, so you can pre-buy in any of them, before anyone else.

The first ten people to correctly identify all of the chips in the stack photo below will win a Golden Ticket each. If more than one golden ticket winner are interested in the same sale, I’ll do a drawing for who gets first dibs.

Feel free to PM me your answers, and post that you have PMed, so that your answers aren’t copied.

There will be 10 upcoming sales, over the next 10 days.

The forum rules state that there must be a sale price on these posts, so this ad is also a sale of a single Commerce Casino $0.10 chip, for a price of $1, shipped.

The first person to identify all the chips in the stack correctly wins the option to buy this chip, as well as a Golden Ticket. The next 9 win Golden Tickets to the anniversary sales.

If no one has correctly identified all the chips in the first 24 hours, I’ll go by the most number of correct answers descending.

The Yosemite $1 looks very similar to the Stateline Saloon $1, but one of the edgespots is a slightly different color. There are a few curveballs like that.

Yosemite was the one that I wasn’t sure about. Photo lighting and coloring made that one a toss-up for me.

^This, along with the fact the chip in the photo is very used and has probably been cleaned. I literally flipped a coin for this one between the Stateline and Yosemite.

The 4th chip looks like a quarter pie but Krish gave Liftapint a clue, which suggested it wasn't.
The 1" spot isn't a spot, it's the base.

Fun contest, but sad that I couldn't update my entry as I figured more of them out. Would have probably made the top ten if I had been a bit more patient with submitting my entry..

Stull fun and very enjoyable spending about two hours browsing the chipguide and wws threads last night at 2am I guess :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:

Here too, in my opinion, the field of potential participants or players with a real chance of winning was very limited. that's why i wonder why all the hype when in the end only a handful of well-networked chippers are eligible as winners.

By the way. This was very doable with research rather than network as well. Pretty annoying to hear that people give out the answers though, no doubt, but the query function on the chip guide gets you a long way. Initially when I looked at this stack I had an idea about maybe 3-4, and had to look back on windwalkers thread combined with the chipguide and it got me to 17 in a couple of hours. Since I already had submitted my entry at 15 and I realized after trying to update them that that didn't count, I stopped looking for the last three.

I’d like to add my entry at this point. Prior to doing so, I’d like to give a fair warning. my accuracy in guessing these chips is second to none. I firmly believe that this list is a spot on 20/20. Would also kindly ask for Krish to forbid any further entries beyond this post. Scary how good I am. Here goes nothing,

But the cool part was learning about a new chip. There were a few I didn’t see in Windwalker’s prior posts. It was fun exploring.

I’m handing out 2 discretionary Golden Tickets. One to a veteran and one to a newbie.

The newbie who is getting is sent me this response, which made me laugh out loud. He did zero work, didn’t even check to see if the edgespots matched, he just fired boldly and unabashedly into the dark and you have admire that a bit. I’m giving @khp a discretionary Golden Ticket for getting every answer incorrect.
