Depending on lighting I think Royal
The WWHo Blue can change quite drastically with use, the UNC one looks Royal almost for sure

Thank you, yes I’m becoming more convinced that it’s Royal Blue or closest to Royal Blue at least. I thought those were very sought after? Surprised these chips are still not sold in this condition!
