Chip Phases (1 Viewer)

my phases are all f'd up. I went dice chips -> TRK -> custom TRK -> custom TRK -> Paulson PCR -> CC Milanos -> Paulson Jack Detroit -> custom CPC.

Phase 1 for me was a set of Dice chips

Phase 2 was a set of WPT 11,5gs

Phase 3 Fun Phase - Bluff Canyon China Clays, Tangiers, Aces and Eights, Michael Graves

Phase 4 was looking for value - Bud Jones Malta, Laurel Ceramics

Phase 5 is where I am now - PGI/Paulson Elites

I also joined seeking some good casino chips. Never imagined I'd end up with so many Paulsons.

I first purchased a CPC Tournament set of stock Rounders, and in the same week, I bought a Paulsons cash set. Dove right in.

I recently bought some TRK. I'd say do lots of sampling. I've had plenty of help along the way to get in sampling, especially of TRK, but they are awesome! I'd skip plastics, hybrids, and Bud Jones if I were you. But that's just my opinion. I've sampled them all, and I wasn't a big fan.

Although, I do have a custom ceramics set inbound someday. Can't believe I pulled the trigger on ceramics, but the allure of a full custom 1000 chip set for less than $300 was beyond attractive.

My progression, looks like this..

Dice Chips --> Plastic --> CPC --> Paulson (home) --> Paulson (casino) --> Paulson (fantasy) --> TRK (mixed casino) --> Alibaba Plastic (full custom)

Brian, have fun on your journey. I've had a ball so far. Don't know where I'll head to next. CPC customs are calling me. Need to work hard for it. Put together the dough to execute an idea I have.

I could fuck a sheep and have fewer regrets.

In progress/pending:

I was able to sell the first five on the list at or close to cost. I don't think I can ever bring myself to sell the Key West chips as they were my first CPC set.

I sold the BCC Aquasinos below my cost. The rest are keeper sets that I'm going to continue to add onto.
