I am close to jumping on this, but I need help.
I have a design that I used http://poker.is-great.net/. for.
I have it imported into Inkscape and have everything finalized except for the edges.
How are people doing their edges?
I know pokerisgreat.net also has an edge tool, but I don't see an edge for my 6d18 chip design.
Is there anyone that can help me?

Me checking in on this thread in comparison to when it started up...
Just to make people aware that, even though I will be placing my own separate personal order for here in the UK, I have spoken to @timinater and we are both happy for people to piggyback on my artwork with revised names and locations / spot patterns etc.
This is a V1 design and I'm probably going to go with New Wales Club now, but the option is there for peeps:

That was due to no CARDS mold. Their cards mold has +20 resilience to Armageddon

Exactly. It is well-documented that molds with indention/markings are more prone than smooth-finish chips to picking up hooker juice and nasty gunk during play, and that exposure to such contaminated chips by the poker playing masses helps build up resistance to viruses.
I’ve sent my stuff to @timinater . I’m piggybacking off of an old project I had, but won’t be sharing my artwork until the order is placed. Why... it’s complicated

Had a few minutes between chores today to play around and snap a few clips.
Chips used for comparison purposes, stacks of 20:
The Beach ChipCo ceramics
Hardwell Underground cards mold ceramics
The Beach ASM & CPC combination Hourglass clay

These aren't clay chips. Don't expect them to act like clay.
These aren't flat ceramic blanks. Don't expect them to act like flat ceramics.
These are something off the beaten path that perform admirably. They stack good enough, they weigh the right amount, and they fit in normal chip racks.
These are NOT better than clay chips, and they are NOT better ChipCo ceramic blanks.
They ARE better than plastics (unless you're into that kind of thing).
They ARE the best value for custom chips that you will find.

- If you try to spin these, you will find plenty. They do not spin on their own, which is to say they don't float if you aren't trying to spin them.
- These will work best in Paulson racks, and they fit a touch more flush than Paulsons do in them. In a ChipCo rack they will have about half-chip's worth of room. In a Paulson rack there is about 1/8th-chip's worth of room.
- These oddly feel a bit more hollow than clay, even though they're ceramic and weigh the same as Paulson RHC. I'm not sure why that is.

On the Poker Chip Design Tool, is there a way to get more colors? Or does that happen when I pay one of the designers to get me to the finish line?
I know I want a brighter yellow and maybe a more vibrant red.
Then I have tried 100 color combos on my 50 cent 50/50 chip(Sean's green and pink is absolutely incredible)

I've been working on a couple of mock-ups in illustrator but this is my favorite so far! Chip is just for reference I`ll probably copy the Aces chip and edge marks.
Ridgeway is my middle name and thus the inspiration for the chip.
Did it up in purple instead of yellow. I did like the yellow though, just not the contrasts available.
I'll be in for 800 if I can find someone to do the pieces of the art I can't.

These markings are on one edge of every chip. It’s not super visible with the naked eye, but obvious when zoomed in and focused. Doesn’t detract from the chip IMO ... just pointing it out.

Are there any samples of these in Canada that I could borrow? If not, I have a Scrub Donkey sample set in-bound...how would they compare? Apologies if this is in the thread...I looked and could not find it.
Quality will be extremely similar between the cards mold and the Scrub Donkeys. The Scrubs are a flat ceramic though. Everything else should be pretty much the same, I think. I have a sample set of the scrubs, so I’ll take some pictures side by side and share in a bit.
Unnecessary and unwarranted jab. If I were that picky, I wouldn't own *any* chips, given the minor defect rate inherent in almost all chips.

The only differences I notice between the card molds and Scrub Donkeys (if my deduction of those and the standard Aces being the exact same) is that the SD chips are more easily prone damage and spinners.
Cards Mold v. Scrub Donkeys. Feel is similar except that you can obviously feel the texture of the cards mold on the chip face. Weight was basically the same, just under 10 grams per chip averaged over ten chips. Scrub Donkeys were slightly taller stacked.
