How far out can we go on the chip with text? Are we limited to the 25 mm in the middle you showed us on page 1?

If I understand correctly the inlay should be a max of 24mm. The ridge on the chip at 25mm is part of the mold and would look wonky if you tried to print across it. I see no reason why you could not add text to the outer portion of the chip. It is printed via dye sublimation on the ceramic chips so could technically add anything anywhere. The main restrictions being color and the ridge at 25mm used to simulate a recessed center.

So basically, assume 3 cents per chip for shipping from China. (technically 2.7 at 20K units) Add that to the 26 for the chip and 4 for the tariff and figure 33 cents total per chip. Plus shipping from Sean after they get here. Fantastic deal!
Edit: take another penny off if we do hit 20K units.

I did it on CPC and used DAYGLO YELLOW for the Yellow and then gave it to @timinater to do some magic.

All the numbers are minimums. I'm probably getting 2500 cause....reasons

Sort of a related thought to this discussion and I'm guessing many others can relate to this.
I have a lot more respect for some of the sets out there and for the designers on this site. Sitting down with just an idea and trying to turn it into a reality has been hurting my brain. I've appreciated a lot of custom sets but now that I'm trying to build one of my own from scratch...yikes.
I salute all of the previous custom set builders who have created a set that has colors that match the theme, edge spot progression, avoidance of dirty stacks, labels that have slight progressive elements or color matching, etc, etc, etc.
I'm glad this opportunity is open for a while as I'm going to need it to work out those considerations. Just seeing the finished products on someone else's customs made it look easy.

I don't see the purple or the gray color wheel codes. And the first two black codes are the same. This is very, very helpful by the way. I appreciate you posting this.

I went through the original sales thread hoping to find a picture of the color wheels. This is the best I could find (so far). If you squint and zoom in a bunch (or use the orientation of the "Bosco" and color letter to orient yourself), you might be able to get an idea of what the colors look like once they are printed.
I thought if this picture was of interest to me in designing edge spots and picking colors, others might find it useful also.
