I am curious if anyone here knows where I can purchase chips that are very similar to the ones at the Wynn/Encore. I was playing 5/10 this weekend and completely fell in love with the feel of their $10 and $100 chips. If anyone knows the exact make up of the chips and where I can purchase them from I would really appreciate it, thank you.

Those chips are made by Paulson/Top Hat and Cane. Something similarly will be priced around $5/chip +. It won’t be custom either, you will need find a sale of a chip you like.

What game are you trying to build for? $5-$10 NL like you were playing?

If $1-$2 or something similar not a bad idea to just get a rack from the cage once or twice a day and build your own home game set using their chips!

Assuming I get $1-$2 racks to build my own home game, would I have to rebrand these chips to the right denominators? Is that even possible?

Those are Paulson/GPI house mold chips.

Ok so what exactly would I google to get the makeup of a Paulson/GPI house mold chip, Id rather contact factories in China or something and have them make the best replica with my own custom design, what would I be asking them in terms of the makeup (weight, type, etc.)

You can get a replica made, but there's no one who will make you clay replicas of existing chips, they'll be plastics. There is a company (Classic Poker Chips) who do make consumer clay chips, but they won't be able to exactly replicate the chips you want. For $1 and $5 chips you can try to harvest them from the casino, or purchase some from someone else who has harvested them. For $25 and up it's too cost prohibitive, because you'll be paying the face value of the chips. You can try to find similar other clay chips on the forum, and then go through the process of removing the labels and reapplying ones you have someone print for you. Since they're 'house mold' (the impression around the edge of the chips is the name of the casino) you won't be able to find substitute clay chips that match perfectly.

Ok do you have any information on Resort World Vegas or Wynn Vegas poker chips, the weight, size, thicknesss, material

The exact makeup is proprietary. Again, GPI doesn't sell to the public. You'll need to buy them used or get some samples from CPC and see if they'll be close enough for your taste.

You won't be able to customize by material. The "average" chip in North American casinos is about 39mm diameter, 3.3mm thick, and weigh around 10g. There are smaller variations in diameter and thickness, but weight can vary a lot more depending on composition. Compression clay materials are trade secrets.

If you want it to feel exactly like Wynn chips, your best bet is to buy Wynn chips.

2-3 racks of $1s. 2-3 racks of $5s. Find a relabel candidate for a frac if needed.

If you don't want to spend $2200-$3000 for a small set. You'll probably want to start looking into China ceramics which will be $300-400 for a small set, although they will feel completely different.

CPC is the best middle ground, but will still be $2k on the low end and won't feel the same either. It's the only customizable compressed clay chip on the market currently.

39mm diameter x 3.3mm thickness, weight varies by color but typically ranges between 8.5g to 10g with the currently used unleaded GPI materials (which are a closely-guarded proprietary secret).
