I have to wonder if GPI is having trouple filling orders on time? Like, hopefully this place ordered chips for this series, but they didn't ship in time, so the last resort was using this amazon crap?

Disappointing, all these places using relabeled retail chips are just asking for fraud/counterfeiting. WSOP should care about protecting their IP & tournament integrity a little more.

Just goes to show besides hard core chippers most players/casinos don’t care about quality chips.

possibly given the lead time to order and organize the event this was the best that could be done..... with restrictions and potential for the elimination of chips with digital options and or health codes requiring more frequent chip cleaning/turnover this may be the future. Imagine the poor dealers having to "eyehawk" every pot for the proper labels. To be fair I guess it is a "Satellite" tourney but I would expect at least Ceramic chips for a $250+ buy in.
