When deciding which room I was hoping to play in this weekend, @quintooo suggested I harvest if the chips looked good. Then we came across this atrocity in the chipguide:

This has to be the laziest over-label of all time.

So, have you seen worse?

Yup….I’ve made better looking turds. Pretty sure that’s what they were going for. I guess the title of the thread made me think ugliest chip….not overlabel.

Generally I agree. Two shades of poop is no bueno, but the entire chip itself is still better than the steaming pile from limelight. I guess if you stripped both down to just the bare chip, the limelight one is better but I think I am splitting hairs. They're both awful.

These are some interesting chips from Washington. The Sports Page closed in 1992 in Auburn. The Sports World closed in Kent in 1998. The West Park closed in 1992 as well but in Bremerton. How these are all related, I am not sure. Let's start with these beauties.

And these Mermaid molds.

Lets throw in one more from Sports World and then Totem Bowl. I got a couple of the Totem Bowls. Underneath the $5 sticker there is a cool Totem Pole hotstamp.

These are all legit casino/cardroom chips. So while ugly, they are pretty cool from a collectors standpoint.
