Where to buy custom clay poker chips? (1 Viewer)

To save money on chips and reduce weight don't do T25. Instead do T100.

Good lord brother! You are in the right place.

No need for Alibaba. Not at all. With a $5K budget, you can certainly get into other customs we have on tap here. I’d hit up @justincarothers as he is a great dude to deal with, and he can definitely set you up with the chips, the customization option, and the price will be roughly under $5000 for 10K chips.

Agree, @justincarothers can show you some good options for extremely customizable chips: literally anything you can dream up, with tons of good examples to start with.

As far as actual high end clay, or even “China Clay”, it’s going to take some time and work, somebody… you or a third party is going to have to apply 10k stickers :)

what do you mean by this?
Perhaps, you need less chips overall to run a T100 base set? I’m not sure.

I’m still considering trying a T100 tourney myself. My main tournament set can handle a 2 table T100 tourney, but I’ve always utilized the T25. That said, I’m still perhaps confused, because you need extra T100s obviously, but also need more T1K and T5K to make it go.

8/8/6/6/2 means u have 8 chips that has to be colored up after 3 or 4 blind levels. If you made them 100 no need to color up

Oh, I see! What do you think a good breakdown of chips is for a 200 person, 8-14h tourney, given 5000 chips total?

8-14h tourney,
If it's 8~14 hour then it might be worth having the 25 chips. Buying 8 racks of Tiger $25s for a 3~4 hour tourney was a big mistake on my end but might make sense for you.

It really comes down to your blind structure, but I get 6 levels out of my T25 chips.

25/25
25/50
50/100
75/150
100/200
150/300

And if you add antes, they can stick around for much longer.

Clay chips may no longer be obtainable (depending on the new owner(s) of CPC). I haven't been following news regarding this.

Agree with BR Pro or even 'Tina' china ceramics. For large quantities on a budget, definitely Tina.
