Hello -
I was gifted this set from my grandfather in Argentina, they are from around 1960, does anyone have an idea what something like this is worth? We believe it's mother of pearl chips.

Thanks for the help!

Those do indeed appear to be mother-of-pearl (whether they're made from using seashells or a plastic facsimilie), I'm not sure they're worth much among poker chip enthusiasts, but probably much more valuable for sentimental reasons. A very nice set with a great case.

They are more like game token rather than poker chips which vast majority of the crowd here will not be interested or know how to apprise the value

Nice!

I wouldn't put a dollar value on those... It would be lower than they deserve. But what a treat it would be to bring that set out every once in a while for special occasions. Tourneys amongst old friends etc :)
