sad story I moved to Vegas 20 years ago to try to get a job at the Venetian, went to dealer school

the Venetian held a first audition at the school, all 20ish people except me were asked to go for a second audition except me, including people that made grievous errors like pushing the pot to the wrong player, so it was some sort of bias against me personally is all I know

two months later I'm playing at the Venetian on my birthday, dejected, and one of my friends from the dealer school rotates into the table
