Selling a great old school Vegas tournament set. Will sell the set with one or two racks of purple T- 500 chips.
Asking $1200 + shipping 0r $1500 + shipping with both racks of purples. Pretty cool history with this set. Some of the legends have stacked these chips up.

Waw ! In which casino were they used ?
How did you manage to put your hands on them ?
GLWS !

I think Pat is understating the significance and rarity of these chips. I believe that there are presently only two playable sets of Vegas World tourney chips known to be in existence and circulation, Pat's and mine. This sale from Pat's chips would make that number of playable sets three. This is truly a rare chance to own a real piece of Vegas and poker history.

"At Bob Stupak's Vegas World, these chips were used by Puggy Pearson, Amarillo Slim, Doyle Brunson, Stu Ungar, Johnny
Chan, Johnny Moss, Gabe Kaplan, and Bob Stupak among others."

dolomite128 acquired the first set to show up on CT in 2011. ledavatar sold the largest set in 2015, at which point there were only three playable sets known, his and two much smaller sets.

From dolo in 2011: "They're solids, no edge spots, Vegas history and played by the legends
of all‐time...you guys and gals know my history and I'll likely sell them
at some point...these are some of the coolest outside of Binions
World Series of Poker chips surfacing in a playable set that I could
hope for...maybe a set of Amarillo Slim's Superbowl of Poker chips."

If you buy this set, you should treasure them and the memories they evoke every time you put them in play. They're a little bit magical, IMO...

Thanks Larry!

I have only put these up for sale to help fund some house renovations we are looking at. I was already looking at other ways to fund the house project, after reading Larry's post I dont see me leaving these up much longer.

I need a hot stamped set. I don't have the budget for this kind of expense. Plus, I don't need (or want) two tourney sets. Damn, this is sexy. Its not like I haven't bought from Pat before.
