Ha they're located in Tallahassee like 15 minutes from me. I wonder if you can go in to look at the lots in person. They've also got lots of stuff for singles collectors from the super high end to the lower end which is really nice. Thanks for sharing this @Wheeler Assembly

Buyer // please beware of auction items not matching the description. I ended up wining a lot of 100 chips, and was only sent 90. Still waiting to hear back from the auctioneer.

I assume it was a mistake, but a difference of 10 when bidding on a full rack seems like a major mistake.

As per our discussion, from my initial review of the lot (in counting the chips in the primary image of the listing), it appears there was a cataloging error on this single lot in the number of chips present. Furthermore, I also explained to you that we stand behind everything we sell and that we will send you a return label by email... and will fully refund the lot. You will be made entirely whole and will not be damaged in any way.

The catalogers are humans and processed thousands of chips for this auction.

There isn't some nefarious meaning or purpose to this issue.

Malcolm (the auctioneer) did respond last night, after my post. I ended up finding the auctioneers cell number in the final invoice.
Waiting to hear from the cataloger if there were misplaced chips, or a cataloging error.

Will be a bummer if it were only 90 chips. Oh well.

Assuming you mean the shuffles which only has 90 in the pic at quick count.
