RULES
1. STARTING BID: $80
2. Bids must be placed in minimum increments of $5
3. The Starting Bid of the auction will be treated as the Reserve Price.
4. All bids are to be placed openly in this thread. No bids via PM Conversation.
5. Auction will use the ‘5 minutes after last closing bid rule'. Highest bid at Monday, December 3rd, 2018 at 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time will win unless there is a bid within 5 minutes of closing time - then the closing time will be 5 minutes after the latest bid was posted.
6. Edited posts will be voided.
7. I reserve the right to:
i) cancel the auction if no bids have been made
ii) edit the listing to correct errors or clarify rules as needed
iii) refuse bids at my discretion
iv) immediately accept absurdly high Buy-It-Now offers
v) interpret the ‘5 minute after closing rule’
8. PCF (its Owner, Administrators, and Moderators) are in no way responsible for any actions in this auction.
9. Shipping Terms:
Shipping included for buyer in CONUS - Chips will be packaged securely in a Small Flat-Rate Box from the USPS with $50 insurance and tracking/delivery confirmation. Additional insurance is available for purchase per standard USPS terms and rates. As others can confirm, I package extremely well.
International Buyer pays actual shipping cost and assumes all risk for package once shipped. (You assume ownership when the package is tendered to USPS. If the package is damaged or lost, your claim is with the USPS. You can purchase additional insurance at cost.)
I will ship anywhere in the world.
10. Payment Terms:
Preferably PayPal Friends and Family or add 3% handling fee to order with Paypal Goods And Services.
11. Winning bidder must have a minimum of 50 posts or a 100% positive feedback rating.
