If faced with a fixed attendance list and fixed tables where one table is smaller than the others...

  • Balance the tables even if people at the smaller table have T-rex arms/are uncomfortable

  • Play unbalanced (e.g. 9/9/6), keep the small table full on initial bust outs, and combine quickly
