Question, the Tina Cdi colors seem to be darker than the Paulson clays. Do they not have the ability to use brighter colors?

It’s not that Tina’s chips don’t have the ability to be bright, it’s that matching colors with Tina chips is extremely difficult. There’s no standard, and usually colors are trial-and-error.

Does Tina just wing it every order? You would think with all the Cdi orders they must have had over the years they would have found the sweet spot.

No, I believe she prints the files we give her. But without knowing the exact process of inks and manufacture, colors that would traditionally print one way on paper or other materials can change.
