Just throwing out the idea for a tool that would allow you to crop labels for Tina chips and add them to a single file. I'm not a programmer but this would be something super handy and I imagine not terribly hard to make.

Also, are there any guides to formatting labels for Tina use?

But for real. Anyone have a guide on how to format the labels?

I'm honestly confused at where you're having trouble. What do you mean crop labels and add them to a single file? You can already crop with an image editor.

Like I hear stuff like a safety distance. About how much is needed? Also what format do they need to be in?

I'm not sure about safety distances or what that means.

After talking with some designers, it sounds like vector files are the way to go. PNGs will pixelate while vectors (SVGs) can infinitely scale.

Hi. I think your talking about A bleed area. This is a common practice in printing. Its a small area between the image and the cut line crop of a sticker/ flyer. Google Bleed area in printing, this should be able to explain.

Tina doesn’t require bleed like some printers do. In fact, I have included bleed and she used the whole art, ignoring the cut line altogether. With that in mind, I suggest not including any extra to your art when submitting.
What it’s important is keeping critical art away from the edge, but recognize that she may reduce your art a bit more.
