So really the only thing to figure out is distribution. Idk if @justincarothers wants any kind of participation. I don't have much experience in shipping stuff personally. If we get 25 sets for interested people then we are in business.

If you get me art and orders for at least 25 of each chip I can get them made.

One suggestion that you can ignore. Was thinking you could also try out all the different molds here as well - put the 25 chip orders on a few different molds - maybe of the 22 sets, you could do 3-4 each of web, plain, greek, jester, sun, etc. The benefit is obviously getting a sample of all the different molds as well as the colors. The downside is that for comparing the colors, it might be better to keep it all on the same plain mold. Just a thought and I am in either way. Thanks again!

I just picked plain mold to keep the cost as minimal as possible. In retrospect that's a great idea for a second run, but its too far along to increase the price by 30%.

Also we've gone from trying to get orders to only 7 sets left.

Plain mold works best as the hybrids won’t have the center printed. But that could be a good test for the label to print the color wheel on to see how close they can get to color matching.

Are these going to be on 43mm? Tina also has larger chip sizes too, but the price shoot significantly…the 46mm chips are $0.75 each.

39mm. Like I said, I prioritized keeping costs down. 39mm textured no mold. That makes each set ~$9 + shipping.

Not be difficult, but are the molded hybrid chips the same as the textured no-molds? Will the color take different to the hybrids? Again I don’t know as I’ve only had textured no mold chips and not hybrids.

They are the same material. Because of this the color should be as identical as it can get. The main differences would be in the recessed spaces of the hybrids. That said, its not that big a difference there. The color is just ever so slightly lighter in the recesses. Maybe cards mold blanks would have been a good way to show this off, but alas I went for cost effectiveness. Now with 19 orders its too late to go back and increase the price.
