Small suburb. Current suburb has the same 2-6am parking ban. But I have a big U shaped driveway that can hold plenty of cars. But also the police are much more lax about enforcing the parking ban. They pretty much only do it if people call to complain.

If I called the cops here for parking complaints, they would come 12 days later and ask where the car was.

Hard stop set by host, no more hands after the stop is hit. This should be set by the host for how late they feel like staying up. Generally games break before hard stops.

Yes. We call it the hard stop.

At Windy Crest Poker Room it used to be 3:30 a.m. but then the gaming commissioner unilaterally decided that 1:30 a.m. was a better time.

So now we stop playing at 1:30 a.m. but we start at 3 p.m.

I’ve always wondered why there aren’t more games in the mid afternoon. My ass is dragging on those days after I play till 1 or 2 AM.

I never met you and I don’t know why, but when I first read this I thought it said, “We normally start at 3 end at 3:30. It’s glorious.”
