Is it silly to have both the primary $100s and the black NCVs chips in play as $100s during a tournament? I'd like to expand my set this year toward that direction but wanted to check.

Will they be the same denomination? Or polar opposites.
Both are same denominations as 100s. I dont see it being a problem because I would think casinos mix primary and secondary cash sets on the floor but happy to hear everyones thoughts.
The other alternative would be use the primaries for the T1 set (only need 200 or so) and the ncvs for the T25 set.
Casinos won’t mix primary and secondary.
However, I don’t think it’s a big deal. Similar to having casino “anniversary” limited editions floating around that are generally the same color/design/denom.
It would tilt me after awhile and I would eventually want enough to suffice tho…

Im building another lineup to my rotation of sets. My question is if the $25k is better suited to be the pale green chip instead of the silver chip. Happy to hear people's thoughts.
The T5k will be relabeled into a proper $5k chip.

Me 7 months ago when asking PCF what accessories I could add to my chinaclay poker set:

It was frustrating buying the $25s for roughly $1k/rack only to see them being sold at $650 or $750/rack a month after. Seeing others scooping up secondary $500s during work hours was also tough, but all in all building this has been fun. It's like legos for adults.
Hopefully I will be content with this for the rest of 2025 (at most maybe buy some more secondary $500s and VIP2 $1ks and T5000s and T25000s). For 2026 I may get some more VIP1 $100s and maybe a VIP1 cash set or whatnot.

Ooo - love those indigo $25s. Briefly considered getting a rack and overlabeling them. Fracs are awesome as well, nicely done.

Almost fully grown 43mm Secondary Tourney Set.
Still trying a few different things for possible alt lineups depending on structure of the game.
For some reason I feel like in the T100 structure, there needs to be a blue T25k chip.

Finally finished and photographed my Tiger set, with a small revamp of the $5's from previous post. Hoping to get more Primary $5's for bigger games, but we mostly play $.25/.50 $60 max so it works as is.
