Hmm, if you have 78 then you are missing at least 10.

Pretty sure there are a lot of 89 piece (or larger) sets out there. My incomplete set isn't better than this one but I do have more than 1 version of some colors including Blaze Orange, Fushsia & Radiant Red so I imagine someone has a 100 piece set.

Technically there's only 88 in the colour palette, since Royal Blue is discontinued. There are probably colour variations within different sample sets because a) they were manufactured at different times when there were formulation changes and/or b) there's been degradation of the chemicals due to environment exposure (e.g. light, heat, humidity, etc.).
