I'll take 2 racks at face value plus 20%! So that would be 30¢/rack, right?

My local casino did that too.

Went back. As of right now, there are 3 tables (2x Bacarat and 1x Pai Gow) that have quarters. Cage won't give ANY chips out. I'm at 2/3 of a rack after 2 visits.

Where'd you see other people completing racks? They're still pretty open to just letting people buy some off the table, so it's not CRAZY hard. But I hadn't seen anybody else completing racks yet.
