How are they all in such good condition? Including pics that others are posting. Was the card room not open for very long?

Good eye.
According to ChipGuide, open and closed 1972. So all chips are in excellent condition.

I believe previous posts on the subject agree these are C&J chips.

These are my favorite chips. They are C&J.

$20 is the higher denom. But a white 312 or 3D14 hundo would work great imho.
