The Official RPC Showcase thread (3 Viewers)

What The Chip Room does is completely different from these NAGB. We do everything within the law and regulations of the local gaming commissions. The RPC chips were purchased under fraudulent pretenses. They were never intended for play in the casino. We conduct our sales in the open, not under cover and NDA's. Don't drag us into any comparisons to these NAGB.
So beautiful they almost look illegal

So you think Marvin Windows could come for me?

Plus who’s to say these weren’t all intended for a casino. One that didn’t open.

I can find a lawyer who’ll defend me.

ITs All Good Man

Shit. I’m doing it again.

Out for real this time
Good question. Here is how I would differentiate the two scenarios:

Marvin Windows: You are likely buying from a distributor. The “contractor” discount is being provided by the distributor, not Marvin. Marvin gets paid thier price regardless of the price you pay. The price the distributor charges you (outside of any specific price controls mandated by Marvin) is between you and the distributor/retailer.

GPI - direct contractual relationship between buyer and seller. Contract may stipulate certain terms and condition of sale, including certain attestations, etc. To the extend any of these of terms, etc are breached, there may be grounds for legal action for breach of contract, among others things.

Whether it’s worth their time, that depends on how pissed they are, or if they even care - lol.

If only we knew anybody who's seen one of those contracts . . .

I don’t know any details of other buys, but mine involved no deception or fraud, and took place before angel was involved with GPI. We had a second order in process and then angel took control and shut it down. There were no contracts. There were no NDAs. There were signed proof sheets, quantities, invoices, and payments. GPI was happy to take our money.

Shhh... This narrative is not allowed here. Didn't you read? Jim has asserted that fraud occurred!

I just want to know if I am the first to murder the princesses. By tomorrow these ladies will be reborn as BTP 5s…….

Judging by the seemingly pristine condition of recessed area, I'm going to assume they have Paulson's new-style label that essentially peels off like a sticker?

I had no idea Paulson labels peeled off easily on new issues - how recent is this?

Makes the prospect of harvesting local chips more enticing for sure.
