Sure! It's a limited edition commemorative chip from the Riviera casino. They pop up in classifieds from time to time. I think there's one on eBay right now.

Question about these commemorative chips in general. Do casino sell these at the cage as singles or do they just mix them in amongst the chip inventory?

I'm not sure for the Riviera ones. But most of the time, even though they can be played in the casino, they have to be given away on certain occasions or sold in souvenir shops, like commemorative metal coins.
