Super pleased with how these turned out:

The DDLM chips from @BR Pro Poker are beautiful. @Puzzlemonkey killed it with the art.

I've been obsessed with the Aurora Star cash set for a while, so I wanted to mimic the colors on the denominations.

White/tan quarter, blue $1, red $5, and I got the yellow $20 and black $100 in 43mm. I chose pink for the nickel because it's a diluted red/$5.

Big thanks to Kristil from BR Pro who worked with me on the semi-custom art proofs.

And thanks to @Chris Manzoni for his poker chip breakdown videos. I went with a set that should cover me anywhere from 5¢/10¢ to $1/$2.

I'm curious: What color do people usually like to choose for nickels? Pink seems to be traditional for snappers, but I don't know if there's a traditional color for nickels.

Those are stunning - just about the perfect set. But I gotta ask, do you actually put four racks of $1s into play? Or do you just keep buying them because you can? The PCA secondary $1, is for sure one of the best values on PCF, so I get it.

Haven’t got to felt this set and usually have the inverse with my other sets (2 racks of 1s and 4 racks of 5s), but given the price of these $5s I’m keeping it to 2 racks.

Since I want lots of chips on the table and 5s are out, it’s 1s. We’ll see how it plays!

This is for a heads up rack so no risk of getting tempted to go past a barrel. (Old picture, not home rn)

Its an adjustment to make given what we are accustomed to around here with 39/43 being the usual. Those see through light rings make it worth it though!
