"Decimation", in the classical definition, is to reduce by a factor of 10 (deci-, like decimal). I believe the term is from killing 9/10 members of a bad Roman legion. For these PdCs, $10s will indeed become $1s to match the rest of the set.

Thanks to @Jose for the final piece of my first Paulson jigsaw. More barrels of Binion's blues and Cinci reds to come, but I'm over the moon with the colours, spot progressions etc.
