BPOE pretty sure those were from that local Elks club

yep Elks... In our town there was an Elks Club (Now Stella Hotel) And an Eagles Club (Aerie 1056) Which me and my dad purchased (Now Madrigrano's Marina Shores), someday the scene of an awesome meetup! I see lots of Elks Club Stuff but not too much Eagles Club... I think both still exist nationally but with very small memberships.
