Nice! Any comments on 25c/$25 and how they look in person (or in lower lighting)? Inlays seem a bit darker than past (still fine IMO), but curious as sometimes lighting makes them seem better or worse (hoping for better in other lighting!).
Here is a short assessment from Norway, the capital of Sweden:
  • Overall, fantastic. Thanks to both!
  • Nice feel, haven't played a lot with them yet but no spinners as of yet.
  • My faves are the $5s for obvious reasons.
  • The inlays on 25c/$25 are indeed darker, as shown on @Fran's photo.
  • The $1ks are possibly a bit too bright (CPC? Hear that?!), with the lone spots being hard to..spot.
  • The $25k is probably the least nice chip of the lot, with the inlay being much darker than the base (well, the inlay is nice but the base color is kinda dull)
  • I think I would have preferred the mold design to be a bit deeper, but not a biggie.
Should she decide to redo the non-matching inlays, I'd be grateful. If not, they will be loved as is.

Add a photo of the 25k by chance?

any pics/stack pics of the pink 5k?

Not perfect lighting, but it's quite similar no matter the light or angle. The Pantones for these two are close to 2139 C and 294 C.

Here are also the $5ks as requested, while the dealer does the QA.

Thanks, I'm surprised by the 25k. Not sure what happened there, but this one might be on me. The last round of edits (500 chip, 25k chip) we made based upon production/photo only and some older samples (we ran many back/forth). 500 came out fine, but 25k is definitely duller than I'd expect and the last color test wheel I have (and maybe I misread lighting in approval). Here was the last photo for ref.

We'll take it back with Tina to see what can be done for this one. While the 25c/$25 went dark, I think they're at least in some level of assumed variation from their label printer. 25k though doesn't come up to par, I agree.

These are scheduled to arrive here on Friday. Packages will start shipping out Monday. It will take 4-5 days to get them all shipped out.

Bad news- I ordered the cut cards before this order was placed but they still have not been produced. I will get those sent out to you as soon as they arrive. I have no idea how much longer it is going to take.....My apologies

Will they be redoing the pale $25ks too, and potentially ship those together?

It’s probably too late to ask since they came in Friday but I wonder what the delivery looked like when it got to Justin. Had to have looked crazy with as many orders as there were right?

I was also hoping to get lucky on my wedding night, but it didn’t involve poker chips.
Hoping? Oh dear god…please tell me this was a given. I’m 30 years in and don’t need to hope to get laid. Surely you jest, sir.

Honey, feel like sex. Yep. Cool. Me too. Done. Next. Tada! lol

If he mentions poker chips in the hotel afterwards it may not end so well…. “Honey, I have been waiting for this for so long. The last 3 months have felt like forever. Baby, I can’t wait any longer, I gotta show it to you …. Here is my new poker chip set and it’s based off a 30 year old movie you surely haven’t seen”

Nah haha, have to be at the venue at 8 AM and it’s not even until 5 so I have nothing but time to kill with the boys during the day

I meant with one of the bridesmaids.

Just kidding honey!

Arrived! Will need to carve out time tonight to fully unpack and take actual pictures and put all thoughts on paper.. but quick thoughts/photos:

Thoughts:
  • Cash set... beautiful. Sure some off colors here and there in certain lighting, but I'm enamored with the set in person. That said, I didn't get any 25ks, so can't tell how off that blue chip is.
  • Tournament set.. labels printed even darker, and the chip colors seem to be from Tina's stock art for Binions vs mine (would have only marginally helped likely). That said, I still really like the chips for what they are, but just are not really color (or really shade) matched.
Overall.. Never again on color/shade matching. Matching is a fools errand with Tina and her label printer. That said, I love the chips.. and will take them as they are. Thanks again, Justin for running this! Very happy in the end and think these will get a lot of table love.
