I'm adding on, assuming the artwork is done in time. When do I need this done by?

Probably a month for the artwork but I really need the order placed before then if possible and then the art can follow later.

May be another run this year but if you wait until it is scheduled then you are probably too late anyway. Remember scheduling is generated by paid orders, not the other way round
