The pictures aren't good enough to make out the milling marks on the edges. The lighting must be off too because I'd swear those chips were discolored.

Could we get better macro images of these chips to clarify their condition?

These are not discolored. I have a rack that was exposed to the smoke from the casino play and some of them are discoloured. @DrStrange
