They look great! There is a bit of foil between the letters. Do you find that wears off with use or is that a permanent feature? Basically, is it hot stamped into the chip or is it flashing sitting on the surface still attached to the stamped bits?

How do you make the mold/die? Do you CNC brass or aluminum die? Would love to learn more about that process.

I saw a video somewhere of someone using carbon reinforced 3d prints as a foil stamping die...it worked surprisingly well.

I have a few hundred ASMs I'm looking to hotstamp - happy to learn whatever you are willing to teach.

I had 1400 of these in the lime green, pink, blaze orange, yellow and light blue pastel solid colors. Same stamp too.

I had 2 tourney sets and didn't need both. I regret selling t-molds.

The good news is that I still have 1600 stamped for a giga+cash set! Thanks to some of the people right here in this thread....
