Some of these chips have faces that I suppose only a mother could love. But I bet you would be hard pressed to find anyone who could have lime green Fitz LV quarters and Commemorative Tropicana LV 5’s in their starting stacks anywhere else in the world!

Having a Tiki Tourney tomorrow! We used the Aurora Club hot stamp set last time. They were a hit! Got some nice 5k Tiki plaques that just came in and they are ready for some felt! T15k starting stack with bounties. Using some Faded Spade Jumbo Index 4c Poker size cards. I actually really like the feel and the shuffletech handles them well. They have some "heft" for lack of better word, and really glide well without flipping if you're dealing from far.

Guys, PM me with your starting stacks, field size, and desired event length. I have several structures that have been used for PLO, PLO8, and Omaha8 tournaments. Glad to share my experience.

That's an understatement.

The Grosvenor Victoria calls themselves "The Home of Poker" yet they ordered a completely new chip set (clay composite) but decided to keep the 100s from the old set. If that's not bad enough, when you play a 2 day competition, if you play anything but the last starting flight they go around taking everyone's chipstacks and giving them 25k and 100k denom CHIPS because they don't have enough chips for all of the flights. You can't call yourself the home of poker if you can't spend an extra £1000 on a few more chips for crying out loud.you get to day 2 and you can literally see who played the last flight because they are the only ones with any chipstacks.


Then come the fact that there's always alt lists when the tourneys start, the waitresses are scarce and ignore you. Or when they answer you they say "I'll come back". Its a proper shitter of a casino now days. Once upon a time you could get a free cup of tea. Not anymore!
