Up for Auction is one rack of Spotted Bird Flamingo $1s. This version was released in 2010 and was replaced in 2011 with the no-spot version.

No, I am not going crazy and the world is not ending. I have been sitting on some racks of these for many years and they have not been put to use much lately. I know there are some folks wanting these and thought I would release a rack from the sanctuary.

It’s funny, whenever I see this spot pattern type (the singleton) on custom CPC sets I don’t like it (no offense), but for some reason it just works with this chip.
I agree about not liking the solo spot(s) - it kicks in my need for symmetry, but on this Flamingo and also Samurai $1 I could live with it.

First full day of the auction and realized I should have had a shorter auction.

Thank you everyone that has bid so far. Two more days!

Perhaps this ERROR CHIP is for you (handwritten note and iconic dealer button included in photo for authenticity):

p.s. Please oh please don’t submit that photo to our friends at ChipGuide; they’d likely give birth to a litter of kittens. :ROFLMAO:
