I can't figure out what's going on with that seller. I sent a note to him the morning, he posted it (this was a week ago) and I didn't hear anything from him at all. I kept seeing it bounced back-and-forth from pending to for sale and I told him I definitely wanted it.

He said 1st buyer bailed as they didn’t have a way to get it. I’m picking it up tomorrow morning, and will hold on to it. More than happy to let one of you guys get it from me once I have it.
