I need to get a Tournament set next. For that I was just going to grab a set of Majestic's when they come back in stock. After that I am thinking of doing a set of Custom chips from CPC. But that is likely still quite a ways off as I am still figuring out what I like in terms of mold, spots, colors, etc -- as well as needing a 'Name' for my 'poker room' with an accompanying design.

There are other Paulson affordable options for tourney sets (turned out not as affordable as I hoped, but still averaging about 60c a chip, but I am a bargain hunting maniac)

Nice idea in using Roulette's to keep the costs down. Even with the label costs it is a good deal -- now the work involved in milling and attaching 1820 chips... that is dedication
