Even after the Jets came back, that is still a top 3 logo in all of sports for me...the details, colors, design. All of it top notch...even if I don't like the team all that much....

Also being from the Philly area, I love bigdonkey's set above. I was toying with a set like this a few months ago. I never got around to putting denominations on them but, in order, they would be frac, $1, $5, $25, $100. Here is what I came up with...

Carolina Hurricanes on modified Rounders chips on Greek Mold. Chose that mold because it also looks like hockey sticks.

After unpacking. I need to take some better pics. Need to work on a hockey rink design topper next, er hire someone that is.

I've got my own sports themed set in the works...

I love them. I have a stack on my desk always ready in case a cash game breaks out. I’ve only been able to felt them once but am hoping that once we find a bigger home I can host more than once in a blue moon. Thanks for putting that mold out to the masses.

I played around with a Union chip, but I didn't need it so gave up on it.

Before settling on the retro set, I was playing around with a current logo set as well.

This set underwent a number of revisions and changes in order before it became a reality. But below is the finished product mockup and then the actual chips recently received from Broken Arrow. There are replacement labels on the way for the 76'ers and Phillies chips but I am very happy with the chips themselves and will be happy with the inlays as well once those two are corrected.

Not 100% sports themed but two of the Sazerac Room chips are tributes to Saints team colors and, of course, the FDL is a constant on all of them.

They're tough colors to work with for a set of any more than 3 chips. Makes for some really cool individual chips, but really tough to get a full lineup.

Base colors are easy try adding multiple spots to those that aren't canary, yellow, butterscotch, green, retro green, light green, white - and make it still feel like it belongs in a ND lineup. It's tough.

And to be fair it's not just ND I'm picking on, it's tough with pretty much any team, trying to incorporate their colors/theme into a cohesive lineup that doesn't end up with dirty stacks. Hence the relatively sparse number of examples in the thread

Yeah, it would have to be similar edge-spots, like so many casino tournament sets.

I know many (most) here want to use every single color in the CPC palate, but a themed set needs to stick to the theme.

x18 spots prevents dirty stacks.
