Apologies if this is known, but I know at least some of you are not aware (as I just realized this). You can comfortably fits two racks in the thick CPC style cardboard rack boxes plus a little bubble wrap inside of the free 1096L USPS Priority (non-flate rate) box which fits snuggly into a free USPS Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope instead of using an SFRB in a padded envelope which is limited to a rack box plus maybe two barrels if you like to take risks. And as most already know a padded envelope is essentially the same price as an SFRB anyway so with this method you can essentially double your load from using an SFRB at the same price.

You can fit two 100-chip white boxes into a modified SFRB (two boxes sleeved and taped together) which then fits into a Flat Rate Padded Envelope (or two, if you want the extra padding). And you can fit 300 chips in a Priority FRPE if you wrap rolls in bubble wrap (or FRPEs) and bypass using a box altogether.
