Selling action at 3.8 Markup, hmu, will not last!

3.8 markup meaning if I want $100 of action I’m paying $103.80? Or $380?

why are you playing those poor house $100K tournaments? step it up to the big leagues! Biggest I've played is $75 million tournament. Can't do that at the moment as my bankroll is only at $250 million.

Anthony have you ever played a big play money MTT that lasted 8ish hours? I've done this a few times but each time it almost ended my marriage. My wife doesn't understand why I would do that. She doesn't understand the value of fake money you can't transfer.

If I have it was a gazillion years ago. I usually play every Sunday night in another home game group with 57 members (I'm ranked 2nd overall and came into the season late). We pay $20 each and I've been doing quite well (but it helps when you see the same people every week)

My work schedule makes it hard to get on the PCF home games because they're always much later at night. So if I do play midweek, which I only just started, I try to make it a tourney that won't keep me up until 2am.

What does 3.8 markup mean?

Markup would be calculated like this:

If markup is 1.5 and you want $100 of my action in an event, you pay $150 to get it. It's a premium, higher markups are charged by players with better results obviously. Although there was a kerfuffle over Hellmuth charging what many considered to be high markup in high-roller events where he wasn't likely a favorite over the strong fields if I recall correctly.

Just won the Friday night PCF PLO despite entering heads-up with 30K to my opponents 170K.
