Are those made of Sculpey?

Slightly different purpose, but a homemade dealer button I put together from a wood closet rod hanger (spray painted) and a spare Starburst. Are use the washer and three pennies to lift it up so it appears to float within the outer ring. On the bottom, I glued a playing card so that the button slides nicely.

Yes, I used sculpey
