I used to really want these exact chips when I was searching. I really don't think they are an exact match for your horizon, but I could be wrong..... I have a feeling they are close to the super rare blue grain.....

Gorgeous color, but I think @JeepologyOffroad is right. That is a darker blue than horizon. Probably blue grain.
