Sahara Las Vegas has new chips (1 Viewer)

Was it The Strat that was Blue Grain, then? I get everything mixed up, especially with the huge range of blues on the Paulson palette.
The Strat does look to be Blue Grain, I dont have one to check.

When you get a dirty blue they all look alike but blue grain is a bit darker.

In my sample set Dolphin Blue and Day blue are VERY close, can anyone confirm that is correct.

Well the Sahara and the Mandalays are somewhat close. But the saharas are a bit lighter and a bit brighter. So yeah, I'd call those colours somewhat close.

Those chips are gorgeous! I am new to the chip game, can someone point me to a thread somewhere that explains chip farming? Thanks.

What do you want to know? Walk into a casino get racks of ones at the cage, sit at a empty table. Sort out all the good chips and put them in your backpack, and take the casino used ones back to the cage or sit at the poker table with them. There are many threads about harvesting just use the search feature.

Oh, thanks, I was assuming that the casino was not okay with people openly doing that. Don't the chips cost them more than $1 to aquire?

Some casinos frown upon it, most don't care. Places that have desired chips like Paris, have lost so many to PCF they are harder to get :sneaky: . It's different at each location, you just have to ask.

So, do a lot of people use different color $1 casino chips relabeled somehow in their home games for other denoms? Sorry for all the newbie questions.
