Ok....and then what?
Establish a willingness to outspend others for highly desirable chips

Auctions are your friend
Good example of how to establish this willingness

Think about it....
Put yourself in the shoes of whoever is the next guy to trick GPI into selling them chips. Who are going to be the 1st ones you reach out to?

If I were the one that got a fast one past GPI, it wouldn't take me long to put together a list of guys that have a history of spending $15+/chip on large sets

So building out a 1000 piece set the way I like would cost 10k.

Butt how many asses did you have to eat?

I can't even complete my second THC set after a year at it and have already hit my total chipping budget, but with all the talks of bending over, eating ass, pron, etc. in the past 24 hrs I'm thinking a Paris-type video release is not completely out of the fundraising question.

I think the difference is pure costs vs. affordability as a function of cost to average income.

I mean, I live in Zurich, one of the most expensive cities on planet Earth. However, if you factor in the average income here, it's pretty darn affordable vs. a city like Vancouver.

Due to that, I find Quality of Life lists that take multiple factors into account to be far more representative.

Yup. It's the wages being so far from housing and general costs. Rents are moving 30% a year, and home values 60% a year. It's nuts.
